Every morning for the last two weeks I have been eating New Special K Granola for breakfast. The granola comes in two varieties – Raisins and Red Apples and Cranberry, Pumpkin Seeds and Almonds.

The new Special K Granola is made from Oats, Barley, Wheat, Spelt, and Rye and has 30 per cent less fat than most other granolas. It is also fortified with 6 B vitamins and iron.

I really liked both varieties of granola. Each was filled full of fruit and tasted great. I prefer to eat my granola with milk but you could have it with yogurt instead. I felt full after eating the granola and as I am trying to lose weight it is a healthier alternative to my usual cereal and / or slices of toast.
