I love Cherries, in fact I would even go as far to say that they are my favourite fruit – I even bought and planted a cherry tree in my garden last month so that in a couple of years I will have a lovely supply of my own. But I wasn’t aware that you could buy cherry juice – if I had known this I would’ve certainly tried it sooner.

Cherry Good is makes for a  great refreshment for any occasion and is the perfect breakfast juice drink. There are different varieties of Cherry Good Juice available including Original, light and Select. All are available from Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda and Morrisons with an RRP of around £1.50.

Cherry Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 250ml Cherry Good Light
  • 225g low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 175g raspberries (unsweetened)
  • 85g cherries (pitted)

Preparation:

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender
  • Cover and blend until well mixed and smooth
  • Pour into a glass or travel mug and enjoy
  • Sweeten with honey if you want a sweeter smoothie
