My Nametags
I buy school uniform for the boys as and when they need it during the school year, but for the start of term I like them all to have new shirts, trousers, shoes, PE kits and jumpers (if they need them). Having 3 boys it can be a expensive time and there is nothing more annoying than when one of them comes out of school without something and even more so when it never reappears. I always make sure that their name is written inside but this can easily be washed out after time or cut out if on the labels (and yes their are parents at our school who have done this and it infuriates me). If I don’t write names I sew tags inside each garment this can be a really long task and it gets ever so boring after a while.
A little while a go I was asked to try some uniform name tags from My Nametags. I love their website. It is so easy to navigate around and you can design your very own name tags. You can choose colour or black and white tags and you can even choose between ones that you just stick to your child’s uniform or the ones you can iron on. I am all for anything that makes my life easier – lets face it us mums are always rushing about so anything that makes our lives that little bit easier are most definitely worth paying that little bit extra for.
What I love about My Nametags is that you can totally customise your name tags. You can have 3 lines of writing on them, choose a picture – James chose a motorbike, but you can choose from many things including butterflies, flowers, cars, sports, animals and toys, you can also choose the font style and colour and the background of the tags.
Each set costs £11.95, you can choose from 56 colour iron on or stick on name tags or if you would like black and white name tags you can choose from 75 iron on and 75 stick ons or 180 sticker or 120 iron name tags. The choice is yours and you can stick them to clothing, lunchboxes and pencil cases.
