Degustabox Review

Degustabox is becoming something of a regular fixture in my life and I love it. If you are a regular reader of My Three and Me you will know that for the last few months every month we have been sent a new box of yummy foods. Every month I look forward to my delivery and I can’t wait to see what the box has inside.

In this months box there were:

3 packets of Burts Lentil Waves. Priced at 69p a packet these snacks are great for putting in your lunch box or eating on the go. There are 3 flavours available – Thai Sweet Chilli, Lightly Salted and Sour Cream. They are available from Waitrose.


1 packet of Jordans Simply Granola. Perfect to get your day off to the right start and tastes great with milk or yoghurt. Available from most supermarkets priced at £2.69. Perfect for breakfast or a light night snack.

2 packets of Bahlsen Pick Up biscuits – 1 original and 1 of the new Black ‘n’ White flavour biscuits. Individually wrapped these biscuits are perfect for snacks and lunchboxes. We have had these biscuits in previous boxes and they are fast becoming a favourite in our house – but what’s not to love about thick chocolate placed between two biscuits? A 5 pack costs £1.69 and available from most supermarkets.

2 bottles of Crabbie’s – 1 bottle of Zesty Lemon an alcoholic fruit drink and 1 bottle of non alcholic Cloudy Lemonade. Both are available from supermarkets nationwide. The alcoholic fruit drinks are available in 3 flavours, Black Cherry, Zesty Lemon and Raspberry and Rhubarb and are priced at £1.50 each or a 4 pack for £5.99. The non alcoholic drinks are available in 3 flavours too, Cloudy Lemonade, Ginger Beer and Raspberry. Priced at £1.20 for 330ml, 700ml bottles are available in supermarkets priced at £2.50 each.


2 cartons of Carnation Cook With It Sauce. Priced at £1.65 The Cook With It Sauce is ideal for making homemade Carbonaras, curries, soups and quiches. The sauce contains 68% less fat than single cream.

1 box of Elizabeth Shaw’s Dark Chocolate Mint Thins. Each Chocolate Thin is made up of delicate layers of dark chocolate with mint and then decorated with mint sprinkles. Available from Tesco stores for £2.50, they are perfect to share with friends after dinner or with coffee.


3 food dressings from Righteous. They are made using 100% natural ingredients. They contain no additives. preservatives or thickeners. They are priced at £2.49 for a 225ml bottle.

1 jar of La VieJa Fabrica Marmalade. Priced at £1.59 a jar this Marmalade is made using a recipe that is 170 years old. Made from Seville Oranges in Seville this Marmalade is available to buy in Tesco, Morrisons and Waitrose stores.

Product of The Month – Little Miracles Organic Tea and Fruit Juice


We were sent 2 bottles of Little Miracles Organic tea and fruit juice. 1 bottle of Green Tea and 1 bottle of Lemon Grass Tea. Each bottle tastes refreshing and contains less than 90 calories each. These drinks are the perfect pick me up anytime of the day. They are free from artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners. Each bottle is priced at £1.59 and available from Boots, Asda, Holland & Barrett, Superdrug, Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose and WHSmith.
Degustabox is a monthly subscription service. You pay £12.99 (this includes delivery) and each month you will receive a box of 10 – 15 surprise food products – some of which are new products. The value of items in your box will always be more than what you have paid. The value of all the products in my box this month was £20. However, if you aren’t happy with the service and you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so at any time as you are under no obligation to buy more boxes than you want too.
