They say a girl can never have too many pairs of shoes and I agree – although if you looked at my shoe collection you’d see that I don’t actually have that many pairs, certainly not as many as I’d like anyway. In total I have about 6 pairs of shoes, all are practical and worn often – wellie boots for gardening and dog walking, trainers for exercising, flipflops for summer, ballet pumps for anything casual, a pair of court shoes to wear to anything formal and boots for the colder months.
Recently I was contacted by Footway to see if I’d like to choose some shoes from their site. I accepted their offer straight away as I definitely need to add to my collection. I was spoilt for choice as the website has so many shoes to choose from but in the end, I decided on some items that would be useful in the next few months and will be worn often.
So who are Footway I hear you ask? They are an online shoe store, they sell and deliver shoes for men, women and children to 11 countries. They pride themselves on offering an easy and hassle-free shopping experience and ensure that orders are shipped quickly. I found that they had a huge variety of footwear on offer and at great prices too. As I scrolled through the website it was easy to see what shoes I wanted simply by looking at the shoes available in my size because as soon as you enter the website, it asks what size you are looking for and then includes options for men, women and children. I chose some boots, sandals and court shoes.
Boots – Although we are almost in spring we have had the most horrendous weather thanks to the “beast from the east” and it’s not over yet as we are expected to have more bad weather soon. These boots from Duffy are perfect for all the school runs I have to do in the cold and wet weather. They have a lovely fleecy lining so they keep my toes toasty warm.
Sandals – Summer is on the way and I love nothing better than wearing my shorts and cropped trousers with my flip flops or sandals. These sandals from Xti will be perfect for the school runs when the weather is nicer and they will make a lovely casual shoe to wear with a dress or skirt too.
Court Shoes – I chose these white heeled shoes from Tamaris because they will be perfect for my wedding shoes. They are comfy to wear and the heel isn’t too high or thin so I can actually walk properly in them.
I will need new trainers soon as I have just joined the gym, I will definitely be taking a look at Footway before I venture into town.
