Inside each box, you will receive 9 – 14 surprise food products, items vary each month and some of them are new products. The value of your box will always be more than what you have paid. Inside This Months Box:

Finn Crisp – Crispbread (£1.20). This Nordic snack is made using all natural ingredients. Made from wholegrain, rich in fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants Crispbread is perfect to enjoy as a snack or as part of your lunch. Because the Crispbread are baked with sourdough they are low in fat too.
Coldpress – Apple juice (£1.40) tastes fresher because it is cold pressed rather than heat pasteurised because this method is used it’s able to retain more nutrients than everyday pasteurised apple juice. This juice is very refreshing and perfect to drink on the go or alongside a meal.
Conscious Chocolate – Chocolate bar (£3.00). A raw, organic, vegan hand-made truffle like chocolate bar. Available in three flavours – Plain Jane, Intense and Chilli Hot. We sent a bar of the Plain Jane chocolate. We really enjoyed trying the chocolate.

Jordans – Country Crisp Cereal (£2.69). A light and crunchy cereal full of oat clusters, various dried fruit and nuts. I have recently been trying to eat healthier and have started every morning with a bowl of this cereal. I have noticed that I am fuller for longer after eating the cereal. I love that it is full of fruit like dried apples and banana and I absolutely love the cashew nuts, it makes a nice change to my usual cereal.

Amoy – Taste of Asia Sauces (£1.79 each). A new range of sauces from Amoy, available in a pouch making them easier to store and use. Each pouch allows you to make a truly authentic Asian dish within a matter of minutes. Sauces include Thai Green Curry, Malaysian Laksa and Thai Massaman.

Halewood International – Tsingtao (£2.00). Recognised as the finest beer in China, Tsingtao is a smooth and easy to drink Pilsner. Founded by the Anglo-German Brewery Co. Ltd in 1903 in the seaport of Qindao in North Eastern China, it is still brewed using pure Laoshan Mountain spring water. Only the finest malt, hops and blend rice are used to make this beer.

Calbee – Yushoi Sticks (£2.00). Made using green peas, these rice sticks are a healthier alternative to crisps. They contain just 99 calories per 21g serving and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, are nut and dairy free and they are high in both fibre and protein. Recently I gave up eating crisps, these have been perfect for when I’ve had a craving for a savoury snack.

Clarks – Carob Syrop (£2.39). A naturally sweet low GI syrup that is made by extracting the fruits from Mediterranean carob plants. It can be used to sweeten drinks and in baking. It’s suitable for vegetarians and vegans and even diabetics when used as part of a controlled diet.

Nah Foods- Slim Noodles (£2.49). Made from organic Konjac flour and oat fibre these noodles are a healthy alternative to regular noodles. They have only 9 calories per 100g have 0 carbs, are gluten and fat free and help you to feel fuller for longer meaning you snack less.

AO Foods – Fit Fit bar (79p each). Fit Fit bars are made from dried fruits and nuts. They’re ground to a paste and the Apricot bar uses a little sulphur dioxide to add a little colour. I really liked these treats. I wasn’t sure what they would taste like as I’ve never tried (or heard of anything like them before). The texture it a little like a prune I thought and you could really taste the fruits in them. Great as a snack when you’re trying to give up the sweet treats that are bad for you.
