You may have noticed a new badge to the right of my blog posts. If you haven’t go take a look its a beautiful red badge that says we are Kurio Family Bloggers and we couldn’t be happier, we are so excited to have been invited to join the Kurio Bloggers and can’t wait to be involved with lots of exciting projects in the new year.
The first product we were sent to review is a Kurio Pocket Tablet. It has Games, Apps, Music, Videos, Web Surfing, Photos & Messaging – everything you could possibly want. You can purchase the Kurio Pocket for around £79.99 (may be cheaper depending on the retailer).
Inside the box you will find everything you need to set up your Kurio, a charger, earphones and start up instructions. You can set up the Kurio Pocket easily enough but following the quick start up guide so even if you’re not tech savvy you shouldn’t have any problems following the step by step guide.
The Kurio Pocket has a 4 inch screen but don’t let the small size put you off. It has a great specification and boasts the following:
- 800 X 480 pixels Screen Resolution
- 1 GHz Duel Core Processor
- Android™ 4.2 Operating System
- 8GB Storage Memory
- DDRIII 1GB Ram
- 2 Cameras: Front 0.3 Mpx & Rear 2.1 Mpx
- Built-in Wi-Fi
- Supports multi languages
- Micro USB 2.0
- Micro SDHC Card Slot – Up to 32 GB
The tablet fits have well in the palm of your hand and feels well made. It looks sleek and stylish and I think any child would be love to be given a Kurio Pocket.
With the Kurio Touch you can do the following:
- Play games
- Listen to Music
- Watch and record HD videos
- Surf the Internet
- Message your Friends

After the new year I will be writing another post about the Kurio Pocket. This will include what the boys think of the tablet, an indepth review of the tablet and how they have all been using it. So far I am highly impressed with the Kurio Pocket – the proof will be how well it withstands 3 boys using it. I will let you know how we get on in a couple of weeks.
