Aldi Specialbuys – Outdoor Range

I like to think that we are a reasonably active family. When Matthew isn’t working we like to take the dogs for walks in the woods, down by the river or on the beach when we’re visiting my family. Now the weather is turning colder we still go out as much as we can, we just wrap up warm so the cold doesn’t bother us. Matthew is also a keen fisherman so when he gets the chance he loves nothing better than sitting by the side of a lake or river – even when its freezing cold, wet and windy – ish. AS he likes to go out in all weathers it is really important that he is kitted out in suitable clothing.

Just in time for the colder weather arriving Aldi have some fabulous Specialbuys in store. There’s plenty of choice for those who love the great outdoors. There are coats, fleeces, socks, lights, thermals and even walking poles – all at great prices.

I was sent a Ladies Parka Jacket (£29.99) from the Specialbuys range. It is both fashionable and practical and will definitely keep me warm on the school runs and dog walks. It has a fleece-lined collar and detachable hood with removable fur trim. The Parka is breathable, wind resistant and waterproof all very important factors to consider when buying a winter coat.

I was also sent a Ladies Structured Fleece (£9.99). It is really warm and comfortable to wear. It is ideal for those who like to walk or jog in winter. But it also looks great as a casual top. I know I will certainly be toasty warm in the next couple of months.

The quality of the products has really surprised me. Without looking at the price tags I would expect them to cost a lot more. We are planning a visit to our local store very soon so that Matthew can get a few extra things that he uses when he goes fishing.

These Specialbuys have already been on sale a few days so if you are planning to purchase some of them make sure you visit your local store soon – and with Christmas only a few weeks away if you have friends or family who like the outdoor lifestyle you could pick them up some useful gifts.
