I love Cherries, in fact I would even go as far to say that they are my favourite fruit – I even bought and planted a cherry tree in my garden last month so that in a couple of years I will have a lovely supply of my own. - 250ml Cherry Good Light
- 225g low fat vanilla yogurt
- 175g raspberries (unsweetened)
- 85g cherries (pitted)
- Put all the ingredients into a blender
- Cover and blend until well mixed and smooth
- Pour into a glass or travel mug and enjoy
- Sweeten with honey if you want a sweeter smoothie
