Fruitypot Review

The boys eat a lot of fruit. It is one of the things I can guarantee that they will eat no matter what and without me telling them to eat it, they love it but this isn’t a problem as it is good for them.

Recently we were contacted by the lovely people from Fruitypot and asked if we would like to try some of their yummy pots. We were sent a sample to try.

Fruitypot are available in 7 different flavours:
  • Mandarin in fruit juice
  • Pineapple in fruit juice
  • Peach in peach jelly
  • Peach and Pear in fruit juice
  • Tropical fruit in fruit juice
  • Tropical fruit in pineapple jelly
  • Mandarin in orange jelly
You can purchase many of them if not all in your local supermarkets. James really liked the pineapple pot whilst Nathan liked the mandarin one. Callum really wasn’t fussy and said he liked all three.
One of the things that I love about Fruitypot is that they are a great way to get one of your five portions of fruit and vegetables a day – each one is the equivalent to one portion. Sometimes it is really hard to fit 5 into a day but with these they are perfect to put in a lunchbox, take on a picnic or to have as an after school snack. Matthew even likes taking them to work with him as they are easier for him to eat on his break – and as they come with a spoon, he is all set to eat it as and when he wants.
