The boys are huge fans of The Trash Pack. They have been very fortunate over the last couple of years in that they have been able to review some of the new toys when they have been released. Recently they were sent a new addition to the range. Just like their predecessors these little critters are just as gruesome they have one major difference though – they have Wheels!!! So let us introduce you to the Trash Pack’s Trash Wheels. There are different playsets in the new range, the boys were sent the Junk Yard to review.
Upon opening the box the first thing I noticed was the lack of packaging and cable ties. This made my day. In my opinion there is nothing worse than toys that are so securely fastened with ties that they take ages to unpack. Although there were a few pieces to fix together, the instructions were really easy to follow and only a little assembly was needed before the boys could play.
Nathan and James have both been playing with the Trash Wheels over the last couple of days. James loves the crane which can be moved and has a bucket that can grab the Trash Wheel figures as you push them around the track. Nathan said his favourite bit to play with is where you can “squash” your figure then press a button and it shoots around the track.
This playset is priced at £24.99 and is available to buy from all good toy stores both online and instore. Two Trash Wheels come with the set but others are available to purchase separately for £3.99 for a pack of two. Each figure has lots of detail on them and are just as gruesome as the Trashies that came before them.
The playset is well made and if any of the ramps / parts of the track come off they are easy to fix back in place as they all have slots that they fit into. So far it has withstood both boys playing with it at the same time, so I am very with the quality of the product. I think this product would make the perfect addition to any Trashie fan’s collection.
